Only the Land Records Index of George County provided in the George County Courthouse shall be referenced as the Official Land Records Index.
  • By using this service the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the George County Chancery Clerk and anyone involved in storing, retrieving, or displaying this information for any damage of any type that may be caused by retrieving this information over the Internet.
  • All copies purchased online by credit card are final. A service fee of 3.5% ($2.00 minimum) will be charged for purchases. The service fee is non-refundable.
